Left Atrial Appendage Closure System is a percutaneous transcatheter device intended to prevent thrombus embolization from the left atrial appendage (LAA) in patients who have nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.

Introducer

Introducer is intended to reach the cardiovascular system or the peripheral vasculature,  providing a pathway to perform the delivery of the devices.

  • The PTFE internal lumen is designed to reduce friction.
  • The stainless-steel helical structure of the catheter aids in kink-resistance.
  • The PEBAX coated surface helps for durability and flexibility.
  • Hemostatic valve prevents blood leakage and air embolisms.
  • SFA(45° distal curve) for ASD and PFO Closures

Sizing Balloon

Designed for precise measurement of heart defects.

  • Soft and tapered tip helps to smoothly enter the vessel, over a 0.035" guidewire.
  • The balloon is made of an ultra-thin and compliant TPU membrane to ensure a low crossing profile, minimizing the injury to the vessel.
  • Three radiopaque marker bands located inside the balloon for clear positioning and assistance in measuring the defect.
